Our pigs are rotated onto fresh pasture/woods every 5-12 days to provide them room to forage without disturbing the earth. They root, play, and are fed a nutritious diet of mostly produce, spent beer grain and supplemented with NON-GMO high quality grain as needed. $5.50/ lb based on hanging weight includes processing in an inspected facility, vacuum sealing, and curing. All of our pork is pasture raised and raised humanely without use of antibiotics and hormones. Deposit only. Average hanging weights range from 185-230 lbs for whole, 80-135 lbs for half.
